Goldilocks’ job “just right”

Controversial politician. Part-time stripper. Open heart surgeon? Playfully exploring the journey in finding one’s “Job Just Right,” this Goldilocks-inspired ad spot for Indeed targets Gen Z’s struggle as they begin to enter the workforce. This ad spot features within our greater year-long campaign developed for Indeed through the National Student Advertising Competition as part of UC Berkeley’s chapter of the AAF.

Indeed tasked us to position them as the #1 job site in the minds of Gen-Z. Digital media aside, our $15M integrated marketing campaign also featured three OOH executions. Created with the intent to aid all parts of the job-searching process, our experiential activations include collaborations with brands like Lunchables, Uniqlo, as well as industry names to host an in-house Shark Tank-esque event. Whether Gen-Z is looking for quick yet hearty meals between interviews, professional attire that feels true to who they are, or are looking for the opportunity to kickstart their entrepreneurial venture, there’s something here that is sure to be just right.
